How do I return something to Vanguard Paintball & Airsoft?

It is the customer's responsibilty to inspect all products for physical damage upon the arrival of your order. Vanguard Paintball & Airsoft assumes no responsibilty for products that are damaged during shipping. It is recommended to purchase insurance for all orders but it is the sole discretion of the customer. Contact Vanguard Paintball & Airsoft for a quote on the cost to insure the package.

If insurance has been purchased for your order and the product is damaged upon arrival you must notify Vanguard Paintball & Airsoft immediatly via phone or email so we can assist you in filing a claim.

Item Return Policy

DO NOT use the product if it needs to be returned. Use of the product constitutes agreement that the product arrived in perfect condition. Certain items may not be returned for any reason, including electronic parts such as gun boards, solenoids, loader boards and loaders, used items, open items, items without manuals and any washed or worn apparel item.  Items to be returned to Vanguard Paintball & Airsoft must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date with the original invoice. 

Unopened and unused items returned for a refund to your credit card will be subject to a minimum 20% restoccking fee. Items must be returned in the oringinal packaging including all packaging and manuals, blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Do not use the items packaging as the shipping box. Items must be in sellable condition, the same way that you received it. Incomplete returns, damaged packaging or markings on the items box will be subject to additional charges at our discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

We reserve the rights to inspect the product before issuing exchange or credit.

Item Exchange Policy

Most items may be exchanged within 30 days of the original invoice date. After 30 days, items may not be exchanged for any reason. Certain products that may not be returned for any reason such as custom jerseys, made to order markers, clothing (except for size exchanges) and DVD's. For an item exchange, the original item(s) must include ALL of the original packaging and be in an unused condition. Used condition is defined as any attempt to use, install, fire or remove a piece from its packaging other than for the purposes of reviewing the order. Damaged packaging constitutes use. Items that meet these requirements can be exchanged for the same or similar items at Vanguard Paintball & Airsoft sole discretion. If Vanguard Paintball & Airsoft has shipped you the correct item and you are returning it for an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for the safe arrival of items being returned to Vanguard Paintball & Airsoft. For your protection, insurance and/or delivery confirmation is recommended for every return. Vanguard Paintball & Airsoft will not be liable for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
