Shipping Information

To help customers from fraudulent transactions, Vanguard Paintball & Airsoft will only ship to the billing address that pertains to the credit card being used in the order. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this rule. Paypal accounts used as a payment method will have to be verified. If someone places an order and either of these two criteria have been omitted, the order will cancel itself out. If you do not have a credit card or Paypal account, contact us for another method of payment. 

Vanguard Paintball & Airsoft will add delivery confirmation to all packages valued over $100 to ensure extra delivery security. Shipping insurance is recommended on all packages, but it is the sole discretion of the customer. If you want insurance to be added to your shipment, let Vanguard Paintball & Airsoft know at the time of order.

UPS shipping is Monday-Friday only.  They do not deliver on weekends. USPS shipping is Monday-Saturday so please keep that in mind when placing your order.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused, marked return to sender or otherwise undeliverable, your order will be refunded minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. The order can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

3-day, 2-day or Overnight Order Processing

• Orders received before 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
• Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 5 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

Weekend Delivery
Overnight, 2-day and 3-day packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.

Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.
